Sustainability is about taking into account the needs of both current and future generations, and taking long-term responsibility in our daily activities.

The Global Goals – Agenda 2030

Allt för Sjön supports these goals through a variety of actions and initiatives. We focus on Goals 6, 12, and 14 – the areas most closely aligned with our mission and where our impact can be most significant.

Goal 6: Ensure access to water and sanitation for all

We work to protect and restore water resources by promoting sustainable solutions within the boating industry.

Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production

Our goal is to reduce waste in the production of boats and accessories by recycling and using sustainable materials.

Goal 14: Life Below Water

We focus on reducing plastic pollution in the oceans and work to promote marine biodiversity through initiatives such as Krympplast recycling.

Boats wrapped in shrink wrap

The shrink-wrap is recycled

Many visitors ask us what happens to all the plastic used at Allt för sjön? Significant amounts of plastic are used when boats are shrink-wrapped for transport to Stockholmsmässan – which is why finding sustainable alternatives is so important.

Our sustainability work

Sustainability is about taking into account the needs of both current and future generations, and taking long-term responsibility in our daily activities. Stockholmsmässan’s sustainability work is carried out within three focus areas: Sustainable Community, Sustainable Environment, and Sustainable Innovation
