Kids’ adventures on All for the Lake!
Allt för Sjön offers activities for the whole family! Children can make knots and crafts, learn about the health of the sea and take part in an exciting treasure hunt with tricky questions and great prizes. For the little sailors who dream of becoming captains, there is the opportunity to try dry sailing in an optimist dinghy – a fun introduction to the world of sailing.
The Maritime History Museum’s creative workshop
In the creative workshop, children and young people can try out and learn how to make knots, create macramé and the art of tagging. Here at Maritime History Museum, there is a place where all children can create and craft! Located in Hall B.
Teach your children more about the sea
Discover the secrets of the sea in the All for the Baltic Sea exhibition using the Infotainer, an interactive way for children to learn more about the sea. It is based on Lasse Åberg’s illustrations and texts from the book The Sea is Your Best Friend. By watching movies, playing games and solving problems, children and young people have the opportunity to learn more about the health of the sea, and how to relate to the sea in a sustainable way.Available in the All for the Baltic Sea exhibition in Hall A.
Treasure hunt with tricky questions
What little pirate can resist a treasure hunt? During the weekends, the fair is transformed into an adventurous course where children can solve tricky questions and find clues. Keep an eye out – there are great prizes to be won for the cleverest sea dogs! Starts at the entrance square.
Try dry sailing in an optimist dinghy
Do you have a future sailor in the family? In Hall A, children will have the chance to board an Optimist dinghy and experience what it’s like to steer towards new horizons – on land! A perfect first step for any little captain dreams. Available in the sailing section of Hall A.
Exciting balloon figures and face painting
Visit Cooler Events’ colorful booth in Hall B, where kids and adults alike can admire magical ocean-themed balloon artwork, shop for unique balloon characters, and get transformed with imaginative face paintings.
