    With our Digital Stand we give you an efficient tool which secures that visitors as
    well as journalists gets to know and take part of your company’s information
    before, during and after the event.

    The news are:
    - Own promotions, news and offers and activities in your booth.
      Your activities and/or program items will then appear together with
      Allt för sjöns Program.
    - You can see how many people just clicked on your business at Allt för sjöns

  • Maximize the number of visitors

    Increase the power of your marketing using the event's logo and other digital marketing materials in your communication. When the event's logo is used by many, the recognition and scattering effect is great and together we draw even more visitors to the event.

    By using the logo in your marketing, you indicate that you are part of a big event. We have developed a number of logos, banners, and custom images for Facebook and Instagram that are meant to facilitate your own promotional work for the event.

  • Schedule for moving in

    For exhibiting large boats or other bulky items, larger than 4x2 m, and that requires truck or trailer, we want to make it as safe and smooth as possible to move in and out of the hall.

    More detailed information about your moving in and ordering of any logistics services can be found in the pdf below. On the form that comes with ordering you the services you need assistance, included in the basic fee.

    NOTE! If you have bigger boats, and/or bulky objects larger than 4x2 meters you will get information by a specific date when you should be here.
    You can find your respective date/stand number below. On the form, you order the services that you need assistance with, which is included in the basic fee.

    On Thursday March 2, at 4 pm you have to be finished unpacking your goods for the Logistics to take it away.
    After that the cleaners and carpet layers must have the possibility to do their job in free gangways.
    But of course, you may work in your own stand until 10 pm.

    Removal Hours

    May start directly after closing the exhibition.

  • Event Planner - all your orders in one place

    Warmly welcome as an exhibitor to Allt för Sjön. Event Planner is our Digital Tool for you who will be exhibiting at Stockholmsmässan.

    In Event Planner we have collected all the relevant information you need before, during and after the event with checklists, stand overview, activities and practical information. Via Event Planner  you'll do all your orders and requests . You can also to send out invitations to customers, market yourself on our website and much more.

    When it's time to start preparations for your participation start by going through the list of important things to do. Here you will find important dates that lets you save both time and money.

    Do not forget to Stockholmsmässan also works as a full service event agency and can help you with everything you need to implement a successful event. We can do everything from complete stand solutions and lighting applications to signs and profile candies.

    Who can log in

    Anyone who is a contact person at your company in our systems can log in. Stand Builders and co-exhibitors can also use Event Planner but can not access our webshop. (Stand Builders can be added as a contact for you as main exhibitor. This means that the stand builder logs in as you and have access to everything. You'll add your stand builder as a contact person under Settings in Event Planner.)

    How to log in

    Use your e-mail address that is registered at Stockholmsmässan and follow the instructions. It's that easy!
